This is a very simple step-by-step for doodling process. :)
First, just take anything with drawable surface, especially white things (boxes, frames, shoes, etc). I normally put base colour with acrylic paint. Paint, paint, paint. Sometimes I put several layers (depends on the surface itself )

Then it's doodling time. Nothing much to explain, I just follow where my hand leads. Usually I find ideas from things surrounding me. Or anything at all. There's no limitation in doodling! That's the whole idea of it. You don't have to sketch anything. No worries. Your flaws is acceptable as a form of art :)
I used permanent pen from Faber Castell sized M & S. Various kind of pen size can make your doodle more catchy. Be ready to experience your style. ( You don't have to push yourself to much to finish it off. Just enjoy it when you are inspired to draw something. It might help )
Finished!
